3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective)
